Uranium Energy Corp. begins production at Burke Hollow

Uranium Energy Corp. has begun production activities at its Burke Hollow in situ recovery mining operation in southern Texas after receiving approval from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Uranium from the site will be processed at the Hobson Central Processing Plant, which serves as the hub to five satellite ISR projects (referred to as “spokes”) in the Texas Uranium Belt. Eli Lilly signs LOI with Indiana on nuclear power projects

Indiana Gov. Mike Braun has signed a nonbinding letter of intent that will see the state’s Office of Energy Development and Indiana-based pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly collaborate to explore potential nuclear projects.
